Great House, Just Know the Parking Situation

Rented here for a while and wanted to leave an honest review for anyone considering it. The good: the backyard is large; great if you have kids or dogs. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely done and spacious. Landlord was great to deal with, responsive and fair. The area is quiet, and you're within walking distance of several playgrounds, which was a big plus for us. The not-so-good: the built-in kitchen fridge is small, small enough that we ended up keeping a second fridge in the lounge to make it work. Yard drainage isn't great; it pooled after heavy rain. The shared driveway resulted in frequent neighbour altercations. Parking is listed as 2 car but it's actually tandem; one spot in the garage, and the second is behind it, uncovered, and not quite long enough to comfortably fit a large car. Also worth knowing: the garage itself is too tight to open a car door if you're driving a large SUV.
