Looks good on paper, hard to live with

The property itself has some genuine positives — it's a good size and the open-plan kitchen and lounge is a nice feature that makes the space feel bright and sociable. That said, the negatives were hard to live with day-to-day. Noise from the main road was relentless — motorbikes, ambulances, and police sirens made it feel like you were never truly indoors. The main bedroom was the worst for this; sound carried so clearly from outside that it felt like people were in the room with you rather than on the street. Parking was a constant headache too. With a school and a church nearby, at least one of them always had something on, which meant the surrounding streets were regularly blocked or congested. A decent property on paper, but the location makes it very difficult to recommend.
